14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All premium subscriptions (Monthly and Annual plans) are backed by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the features, templates, or AI generation capabilities within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 14-day guarantee, simply follow these steps:
- Email our support team at billing@resumenest.co.
- Include your account email address. Optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund — your feedback helps us improve.
- Our team will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
Please note that the following scenarios are not covered by our standard refund policy:
- Subscription Renewals: The 14-day guarantee applies only to your initial purchase. We do not offer refunds for automatic subscription renewals if you forget to cancel before the billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to prevent future charges.
- Abuse of Policy: We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect abnormal usage patterns (e.g., generating hundreds of resumes and immediately requesting a refund, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
Canceling Your Subscription
If you are outside the 14-day window and wish to stop using ResumeNest Premium, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free tier. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle.
